These are the terms for The RadiusOS Method, written in plain language on purpose. Buying the toolkit, or redeeming a code for it, means you agree to them.

What you are buying

The RadiusOS Method is an educational product: a set of downloadable files that teach a way of building software with Claude Code. It is a one-time purchase of $149, tied to your account, with the download available immediately after payment. It is not software as a service, not a subscription, and not a coaching or consulting engagement.

All sales are final

Because the toolkit is a digital product delivered in full the moment you download it, there are no returns and no refunds. Read the description on the home page carefully before buying; what it describes is what you get, and once it is in your hands it cannot be handed back. If something goes wrong with the purchase itself, for example you paid and access never appeared, reply to your receipt email and it will be made right. A failed delivery is our problem to fix; a change of mind is not covered.

EU and UK buyers: your right of withdrawal

Consumer law in the EU and UK gives you a 14-day cooling-off period on online purchases. For digital content, that period ends early when delivery begins with your express consent. The toolkit downloads immediately after payment, so at checkout you are asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Buying means giving that consent. This is why the no-refunds policy above applies to you too, and it is stated here so nothing about it is a surprise.

Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the toolkit on any number of your own projects, including commercial products you build and sell. Copying the toolkit folder into your own project repositories, including private repositories you share with collaborators on those projects, is exactly how it is meant to be used.

What the license does not allow: reselling or redistributing the toolkit, publishing its files as a standalone collection, sharing your download or account so others can avoid buying it, or repackaging the material as a competing product. One purchase is one buyer.

No guarantee of results

The toolkit teaches a method that worked for one founder and has been written down carefully. It cannot promise it will work for you. What you build with it, whether it succeeds, and whether it is fit for any particular purpose is your responsibility. The toolkit is provided as is.

Third-party services and costs

The Method involves services this product does not control and does not include: Claude Code and the Anthropic account behind it, code hosting, deployment hosting, payment processing, and others. Each has its own terms and its own prices, you contract with each of them directly, and this product is not affiliated with any of them. The toolkit explains what the common ones cost as of its writing, but those prices belong to those companies and can change.

Not professional advice

The toolkit touches subjects like legal pages, payments, security basics, and taxes because a founder meets all of them. Nothing in it is legal, financial, or tax advice. Where it says to talk to a lawyer or an accountant, it means it.

Your account and access codes

Access is tied to your account, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself. Access granted through a code carries this same license and the same terms, and codes have no cash value. Access can be revoked for breaking the license terms above, and in that case no refund is owed, because there are no refunds.

Updates

Your account lets you download the toolkit again at any time, including newer versions when they are published. Updates to the existing toolkit are included in your purchase. New, separate products are not, and no schedule of future updates is promised.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, liability for anything arising from this product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change as the product does. The date at the top tells you the current version, and continued use of your access after a change means you accept the updated terms. A change will never remove access you already paid for.
